These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of maraoneit.com and any Services provided by Mara One IT ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging our Services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Mara One IT provides trading bot deployment, blockchain infrastructure setup and maintenance, and exchange platform deployment/hosting services ("Services"), scoped and agreed with each client individually via direct contact (email, Telegram, or contact form).
Mara One IT provides infrastructure and technical deployment services only. We do not provide investment, financial, or trading advice, and nothing on this website or in our Services constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Trading strategy parameters, if configured at a client's request, remain the client's responsibility.
Cryptocurrency trading, including automated/algorithmic trading via bots, carries substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital. Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results. Clients are solely responsible for their trading decisions, exchange account security, and compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Mara One IT does not guarantee profits, uptime of third-party exchanges, or the performance of any trading strategy.
Fees are agreed on a per-engagement basis before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees for work already performed are non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mara One IT and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from use of our Services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we apply industry-standard practices (e.g. firewall hardening, SSL, private networking), we do not warrant that infrastructure, bots, or exchange integrations will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against all threats, including risks originating from third-party exchanges or networks outside our control.
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (exchanges, Hummingbot, cloud/VPS providers). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or terms of these third-party services.
Content on maraoneit.com, including text, logo, and design, is the property of Mara One IT unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Either party may terminate an engagement per the terms agreed at the start of that engagement. Mara One IT reserves the right to suspend or decline Services for suspected illegal use, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a specific client contract.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
